I am interested in social cognition, particularly the question of how we process information about social targets in the domain of impression formation.
My research interests are primarily focused on memory processes. Current research is investigating the interplay between social cognition classical issues (as the person memory topic) and the area of memory for serial order from human memory studies. Although many serial order models have been presented lately, it seems that order information is yet to find its niche in social cognition, besides particular well-known order effects such as the recency and primacy effects.
The series of studies that we have been pursuing concern how serial order information, or simply, order information is processed in person perception.
Currently, as a post-doctoral fellow, I am expanding this research program into the social cognitive neuroscience arena.
